Home Needs a fireplace. The kitchen is nice but with the type of vent over the stove you lose the extra upper cabinet that would normally be above if you had either the undermount microwave or even just a hood vent mounted under the cabinet with a exhaust pipe going up the center. The built in microwave is nice but again you lose more cabinet space. One thing I will mention is with this home as with all I believe these days there should have been a Pantry in the home whether it's a Walk in or step in type, this home should have been designed with a true Pantry.

Love the looong hallway..with a totally flat ceiling that would have a cozy cabin feeling to it..l like it..

Regular door instead of barn door. No carpet anywhere. The open area in the master bathroom with the shelves….i don’t know. However, I want this…oh yeah!

Windows in the kitchen are too small. Cabinets aren't soft close, does it seem bright enough, did you mention dimensions or the square footage. This video needs a little work

What other siding do Y'all offer other than vinal, if any? Can these homes be placed on a slab or chain wall, and can you choose to have the exterior of the home bricked around the entire home instead of vinyl siding?

Beautiful home! The only thing missing is a huge walk-in PANTRY, as well as a pace for a chest freezer. Laundry room a bit to small, perhaps if larger, a freezer would fit nicely! All bedroom closets could be a bit larger too! Other than that it is a pretty nice home! What is the square footage you never mentioned, and the base price, and do you service the South Mississippi area? Thanks, and have a great day.

I know there’s a lot involved with costs as far as land, delivery and setup, fees/permits, etc. with that being said, what is the base price of this home and do you only serve the Carolinas?

Nice house, the layout is perfect. The only thing I do not like is that the water tank is in the primary closet. If that tank could be move eleswhere this would definitely be the house I would consider....
