It's been a little while since my last post-I decided to take some time off for a break😚 . In this video, you'll notice that the recording hasn't been very consistent. I just want to say that while I truly believe food is a wonderful thing that nourishes both the body and soul, I'm not trying to promote unhealthy eating habits ❌. There are days when I struggle with the food at my PG, so I end up indulging a bit more than usual. But please don't worry, this isn't my regular way of eating. I always try to find balance 🍚.
