Remastered an old animation, felt instant nostalgia! We both drew our characters for their attack turns, back then, I had no sense of balance, just a strong desire to win this battle (muhahaha). Today added music, sound effects, subtitles, and tweaked some frame timings to improve watching experience, it worked surprisingly well much of that was inspired by DBZ and final fantasy all music by me...

Part 3 of long-awaited "Music Using Windows Sounds" My goal was to make something different this time so I decided to tell a story, not only from my perspective but from all of our sentimental memories This part's music is progressively evolving, like windows was in the old days, it was like jumping into another epoch after upgrade

Even if this music is already installed by basic on the Windows, its still a masterpiece You got my like
well... technically only the sounds are installed but these are great for making melodies (like this one), older systems like XP and 7 had some really great and nostalgic "built in" music found in documents by default

I love how this could be a theme song for a sentient computer virus bossfight. Like, the intro bit is the player character trying to stop the virus from spreading to other devices and possibly taking control of robot soldiers, while the virus is actively working to lock them out of the system or something.

That's popular statement under most of my square music pieces😄I've then listened to Terraria and it actually has something similar in vibes, although never played the game (maybe it's time, looks cool but kinda irritating when most people call it 2d minecraft)
Why underrated
Yeah, for some reason this part isn't performing as well as the first two. I think it might be due to the decline in Windows popularity (and quality). Just compare Windows 11 to XP and 7 - those were the golden days. That’s why I stopped after the XP part... (maybe I'll return to it someday)

Modern music sounds a little bit like it's trying to kill the "melody part" of music, having better access to high quality samples allows musicians to use it without thinking much about the rest of fundamental musical elements (like melody) and still get away with it
