Whoa! Super cool you caught these trucks! I especially like #4 (the GMC), such a unique rig! And #8 (Autocar) is a great one too with a quick driver! Now I've got to get a full video of #4, #8, and #32 - I've been meaning to film those trucks for a while now! Hopefully I can find them on route sometime - would be awesome if I could film them doing their runs! And speaking of which, when would you like to come film my route with me again? We could film either cardboard or plastics, since I'm pretty sure Ivan got his normal truck (Katie) back just this past Friday - I heard Katie's PTO on another street far away while I was laying in bed yesterday morning at around 6:45! He's been using Racquel (#20) for the past few months while Katie was in the shop, but yesterday I heard a different pump sound and I knew it was Katie! Now, I'll have to find out if Katie is really back when I'm out there next Thursday - should be fun!!

Yeah, so this truck originally came from the Allied Waste yard in San Mateo, then in 2008 when recology came in all of their trucks were painted and most of them were sent off to a different yard (probably richmond or Daily City) and this truck stayed until 2014 ish. They had two of these, and one was converted into a "non split" and sent off to Sacramento where it now stays in a pile of metal. Im glad you guys caught this truck in action, Does this run daily?

Nice little compilation of the Autocar Labries! Still on my list to eventually make a tribute video to Rafa and, now that these have been retired, 13488 as well. I'll always be more impartial to the Condors and 7000s (thankfully those are staying!!) but catching up with Rafa in his WX64 in Stinson Beach for years was special. Classic North Bay look and a split body can't be beat. Glad you captured some footage of these trucks around Novato and the county in their final days Charlie!
