Deep Half Guard Private Lessons to Kids
Переглядів 2952 місяці тому
Deep Half Guard is fun to drill and kids usually pick up very quickly. It’s important to make it fun for the kids while keeping a good level of discipline. If kids are not having fun during your classes you are doing it wrong. Boring classes lead to membership cancellations.

    When does ur knee break off of this serious question. Its when u grab ur own ankle or foot right? To finish close the spacs

    • @FelipeCavalcanteBJJ
      @FelipeCavalcanteBJJ 2 місяці тому

      I’m not sure if I understood your question correctly. My knee is 100% save in this position. I use my hips in order to reach the submissions more than my flexibility. I use my legs tight in order to reach more levels of control.

    • @jah96
      @jah96 2 місяці тому

      @FelipeCavalcanteBJJ I was just talking generally from any position where u reach to grab ur leg. I always heard it important to grab ur own shin, rather than ankle/foot to finish submission or position to avoid snapping ur leg

    Good sweep. But I hate sweeps that are grinds. If it doesn't work in 10 seconds or less, I think its too much.

    • @FelipeCavalcanteBJJ
      @FelipeCavalcanteBJJ 10 місяців тому

      Having different variations for the same sweep helps. Switching from sweep to back control back and forth is a important tool to confuse your opponent. You need to have different options and sequences of attacks for each position in BJJ. That’s how you become dangerous.
