Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust provides community-based NHS health and care via more than seventy different service locations across Norfolk.

What would be really helpful is if the video told you how many repetitions to do with each exercise. Or maybe showed how many repetitions to do/aim for as everyone is different. I found myself jumping up and reaching for the remote to pause the video rather than concentrating on the exercise. Then I didn’t know how many repetitions to do. But the video does show the exercises clearly.
