If Porter Jr. averages 10/3/3 along with Powell, Mann, DJJ, Batum, Coffee more than filling George gap, yes Clippers will be better. Lakers are chilling with the wars in the playins for the next few years. I'd love to see both teams do better but thats just their reality with how tough the west is. That warriors core has not seen enough playoff games to make a big splash. Wigs has mentally clocked out, probably for very valid reasons. And the lakes are going to do exactly what they did last year. The west is younger and the best teams are gaining wisdom quick. Look how the rockets finished their season out.
