From the hypnosis sessions I've had, I can recall examples of receiving information through each of the ways you describe. But I think the main ways I have experienced are visual & knowing. And I agree about the snapshots analogy. I usually experience glimpses of scenes not a full length motion picture!

I really enjoy the work you do Jake keep up the great work! I had a visitation a couple of months back from my dad that past 10 yrs ago. I was sweeping my porch and smelled my dad's cologne which had a very distinct smell. This happened 2 days in a row!

Opening up the library, that exists, inside Kelsey's head was so fascinating!🤔🔥 Isn't it really interesting how when under hypnotherapy, a review, of your current life has direct implications, without knowing, that you need to integrate, reflect, or release something, to continue along your life, by whatever action you choose to take?!🎯 It's almost as though Kelsey had an end-of-life review, though with an opportunity, that could lead to a better, extended, more loving and compassionate life, for the One who chooses to heed the review/reflect/ that can positively alter one's trajectory!🤲🧚‍♂️ Kuddos, to Kelsey!⚡⚘💥💯👍 She chose to relive, embrace and lovingly allow herself to feel the pain of revisiting and reviewing the impact of all of her past, as well as current life choices! For her, there was also the added bonus of getting a glimpse into her possible future! Wow, mind blowing stuff, Jake🙆‍♂️! This was a very unique session, I believe that Kelsey came out a stronger, more self- aware, and enlightened individual for having surpassed her ego, fears, and apprehension! Authorizing, by input, initiating a better quality if life, thus catapulting her into the positive timeline. A life where there's no longer living, to work, working just to survive is how we describe living in the Matrix!🌏 To know that this cycle is broken and will not continue is surreal!!!😢 This gives me hope that the Rocke. FELL er/ controllers way of programming will really be dismantled, in our lifetime, in the not-too-distant future!🕺💃👑🥰

Thanks again for your beautiful explanation of our different brainwave stages and for the stage hypnosis part, which is what everyone who never experienced hypnosis unfortunately automatically thinks of when you talk about it. I have a friend to whom I recommended hypnosis but who told me she would never do that and was afraid to, because 'you never know what the hypnotherapist might do to you when you're in an altered state of conciousness'..which I think is a shame but the result of what they showed us on tv etc, probably discredit this way of healing and exploring. I tried hypnosis myself twice to find healing from past life. I had a hard time giving in to it, but maybe it wasn't with the right person for me and I might give it another try sometime. I never realised hypnosis could possibly also take you on a leap to evt futurelife, but it makes sense now and I find that very interesting! It's really nice to be able to know the science beyond hypnotherapy! As we sleep and in our waking hours, there are so many conscious and unconcious factors that are taking place. Besides simply healing, stress- relief and the dream state, our minds are constantly cycling in the various states of awareness. Hypnotherapy is a fascinating practice!
