Copy files from automated machine or system to USB Storage
Simple app for windows machine that allows you to copy any files from PC to USB Storage device without interrupting any process in the background. Suitable for PLC, factory automation, vending machines and every stand alone system that stores some data and in some point should be transferred to USB Storage device.

HMI design of a simple press. Combination of SolidWorks CAD model and WinCC. The design is made in Siemens Tia Portal. There is automatic and manual mode, process monitoring, changing settings, counter for counting pieces etc. Good for practicing and school projects. Next video will be with plc simulation of the whole process. :)

забелязвам че твоята си върти на стартер дълго докато не пуснеш ключа. Докато при мен въртя 3-4 секунди и оборотите сами си падат и връщам ключа да не я мъча. Случвало ли ти се е? Не мога да кача линк че не е позволено
That's maybe because your battery is dying. I did not have that kind of problem, but In my experience probably you should change your battery soon or you have some other problem with the starter. I'm not some expert, I just can tell you how I solved my problem. It's not some expensive repair, and if I would you, I would consider this. My car is a second hand car, and when I made market research, there were a few cars with fuel pump problems. Maybe this is some common fault, who knows. That pressure drop to 0 bar is not allowed. Just start from there and good luck.
@@lazartashev1358 i will test the battery and may try starting with an external battery. And regarding the fuel pump seal - i'm seeing only one big green seal on the cover of the pump. Do you mean it, or I need to disassemble the whole pump to find it? Thanks. PC - video with difficult start is uploaded in my profile
@@ard1419 No no. That is not the sealing that need to be changed. There is a release valve inside the pump. I noticed the problem when I tried to blow air with my mouth from the connection on the fuel pump side where the fuel line is connected. If you try to blow there and if the sealing is damaged, you will notice leakage somewhere in the pump. If everything is ok, you cannot blow any air inside. I hope I'm clear.

Yes, you need to remove the fuel pump from the fuel tank. If you try to blow air from your mouth trough the hose fitting, you will see where is the pressure loss.

Hello Chirag. This was my graduation project at college. This is not even a profesional machine. It was only a tool to present the program (the code) because I’m automation engineer and I do only software and electric. Yes. It was one sealing inside the fuel pump. 1 € spare part solve the problem.

@@jimj8991 Hello Jim. I don't have pictures but I will try to explain as much I can. The fuel pump is equipped with release valve inside it. When the pressure in the fuel line exceeds some value (approx. 3-4 bar) then this mechanic release valve releases the pressure and keeps the pressure in the fuel line on the values above. The problem was, between the fuel pump body and this release valve, there is a sealing (rubber ring) to prevent leakage. If you want to be sure that the problem is the same, you need to measure the pressure of the fuel line when the car is cold (ex. in the morning) and when the car is running. Under the hood close to the fuel injectors there is one probe to connect a pressure gauge. Simply you need to find a pressure gauge and measure the pressure in the fuel system. If this is your problem you will notice really low pressure value when the car is cold. That's how I realized what my problem is. (usually the pressure need to be close in both conditions) After that you remove the fuel pump which is located under the rear seat. Disconnect the power cable and fuel hose, and remove the fuel pump. If this sealing is damaged, you simply try to blow air with hour mouth on the fuel hose adapter (on the fuel pump side) and you will realize where is the leakage. Just be aware with the new sealing. It need to be fuel resistant. Anyway it will fail in few hours :D I hope I'm clear. If you have any additional questions feel free to ask.
