There's another REASON WHY they're excessively licking is bc they have neurological problems of PTSD from abuse, like this dog. They lick their paws bc of ANXIETY to self sooth themselves, 😆. To be LOVED + accepted, when they weren't. His licking intensified since he's been living w me for a week+ his paws are red. He's a bitter too. He bit me hard several times like a psycho viper giving him a burger. I was bleeding all over. So giving him a bath wearing the rubber boots to protect myself from being rebitten on my legs again w rubber oven gloves, 😆.
