Southern Hill Farms - Best Farm in Orlando
Southern Hill Farms (southernhillfarms.com/) is located in Clermont, Florida (just west of Orlando). This 120 acre farm is family owned and hosts several events throughout the year. Fun for the entire family! Depending on the season, you can pick blueberries, strawberries, sunflowers, zinnias, and much more. There is a fall festival every year that is a lot of fun to attend. Check them out :)

I think some who are doing new builds that signed their contract last year but haven't closed will no longer qualify for their loans with the rate increase. I received a quote $400/month higher payment after the 2% increase in rates.
That makes sense. It is unfortunate for those who have been unable to lock in at the lower rates due to delays.

@@james1780 The typical sale price of homes keeps changing here! The most recent median sale price in Clermont was between $425,000 and $450,000. We love Clermont, especially for our family. Traffic is definitely getting a little more congested due to more abs more people moving here, but there is no other place like Clermont in Florida 😊
@@orlandosbest OK And as far as crime/safety Goes in clermont. How safe is the city of Claremont to live in???. Is there a lot of crimes/shootings going around in the city or any break-ins???.

As an ex-Clermontese, this city is nothing but rooftops. Hills are hidden and orange groves are gone. I hope Mt Dora is mentioned. The New England of Florida; arts, antiques, festivals and some great homes on the Chain of Lakes. Lake Nona will be nice in 5-10:years. College and Winter Park are beautiful. No infrastructure in Winter Garden. Take it from me; I grew up in the high end area if Northern New Jersey. Checkout Mt Dora and Tavares in Lake County. 🌹
So where would you suggest I go if I’m single and looking to mingle .
We would recommend going to Downtown Orlando right off Orange Ave or even Lake Eola. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and clubs 😊

We really should talk about the hills more! That is what we love about Clermont 🙂 I will say the West Orange Trail is good as well as Lake Louisa State Park.
