A cool idea for a character in fallout, which has probably been done before, would be a wasteland legend who was once revered as an unstoppable wasteland warlord who carved a path of destruction and domination across the wasteland, but after something happened in their life, maybe finding someone who truly loved them or maybe having a kid, they threw it all away and went on another crusade to destroy the raider tyranny they created, like a devil seeking redemption.
Given how people depict the Courier, placing them under the category of “monster” fits them pretty well. I dig this shit, man. Good job!

House isn't a villain, this video just has his section in because it leads to the Vault Tec announcement. Vault tec IS the Enclave, as the Enclave is old America. They're one in the same, pulled by the same strings just a different face.
@ninethieplays Ah I see.. got confused about House part. Also about Vault-Tec and Enclave one entity.. I disagree. Yeah they were cooperating but in the end they had different goals from each other especially after the bombs fell (If you remember special policy in some vaults was not to open it to anyone even if they calling themselves a government and wait Vault-Tec orders which is strange if they were one entity). Poseidon Energy is great example of corporation that totally under Enclave control l, not the Vault-Tec but yeah basically Enclave policy in prewar times basically created a vaulties and their hunger for total control management utopia.. under one company.

@ninethieplays If Enclave totally control Vault Tec from shadows than orders in vault 101 and 111 that order not to open Vault to anyone including government officials which is basically Enclave wouldn't simply exists :/
@ The whole point of the vaults was failure anyway, we see this in several situations like the one in far harbour and even 111. The staff, in many cases, were also part of the tests. That and the Enclave would have lost control on B day anyway so further orders wouldn't matter until they came back to full strength which they never did
