I have now watched 4 vlogs and dumbfounded at the low number of subs/views. With UA-cam awash with the same old touristy content, your approach is refreshing by the way you often explore areas around the usual tourist locations. Your unhurried filming gives the impression of tagging along with you and sitting down and having a drink in a local cafe rather than running off to the next location.

Just subscribed after watching Aug & Sept. Just the right amount of commentary without distracting from your well paced filming. This is important to me as the free to air tv in Australia is mostly rubbish and UA-cam is my main form of entertainment. Looking forward to catching up on the previous ones.

Love the city of Akabane. So wonderful

I love how compact these campers are. But I think most campers in Japan don't have toilets/showers because campers mostly stay on campsites which have toilet and shower facilities. For me, those campsites might just as well add rooms and make it a motel. The challenge of camping is to go into the wilderness and spend the night in a wild wood or forest where there are no convenient facilities.

I love this place. Next time you’re here, let’s film something together.
