There are catchup contribution options in U.S. for older workers which can really help build wealth. I decided to maximize these accounts over paying off a low interest mortgage before retirement. The compound interest gains in my retirement accounts have thus far exceeded my mortgage interest payments.

Even with the best of intentions life happens and you can find yourself back to square one in your 40s. My advice after having recovered from setbacks is to make a conscience effort to always 'pay yourself first' regardless of your day-to-day financial circumstances. Setup automatic investment transfers and manage your living expenses with what you have left...your future is worth it!

I love this breakdown of "Aura"! It’s refreshing to see that confidence starts with a mindset, not just behavior. I used to think it was all about being louder or more assertive, but learning that it's about knowing your strengths and staying in your lane really clicked. As someone who's still working on building my own, I’ve noticed how embracing my creative and believing strengths has helped me grow. Also, the Habit10x Sense of Humor Improvement Program totally ties into this - laughter can boost confidence and make embracing your uniqueness even easier! Keep shining, everyone!
