WINTER: 1. apply water with glycerin to hair, 2. Put oils or butter to retain moisture. My question is this only for winter or can we do the same all seasons, or in other seasons just water and glycerin is enough?

you took way to much for your first dose. you really need to do research on things like these. A smaller dose would have either still made you uncomfortable but not with as much pain and you could stop their without going through all of that. or with low dosages your body could have adjusted. Either way when it comes to supplements everyones body is different and research is Very important.

Right now my hair is longer that it’s ever been and way past what I thought was what my genes would allow. I’m 12 years natural.

This is my hair right now!!! I have ccca and I got corticosteroid injections from my dermatologist so I’m thinking it some new growth?? Not sure yet.
