I grew up on a carnival. My stepdad owned one. This was one of my favorite rides. I got to be in the operators seat a few times and it’s different in the middle. I liked riding it upside down 😂

I mean when I rode this ride a few weeks ago with my daughter, I thought I was mistaken and seeing things, but this solidifies my suspicions!!! It’s concrete now!! You can see him!! How does this person ride this for the duration of an 8 hour shift…?

I love the Gravitron even as an adult. Though it will make you a little dizzy and maybe a little nauseous. But it's a friggin' SPACESHIP!!

I miss going to the fair and hearing the 80s rock…. Stuff like Poison and Deff Leppard. And everyone wearing their acid wash jeans and big poofy hair. Fun times.

I love this ride, but one time the things didn't slide up and I thought I was gonna die because I couldn't breathe 💀

This proves the earth is flat, why do we get pushed to the sides, when apparently when the earth spins we get drawn to the centre, I'm sure if someone sat on the outside of this ride they would not stick to it and feel no movement

i just went on this so im saying my opinion + how it felt : really fun, and some guy was doing tricks on the wall ( they were a employee ) when it gets fast, the matress will start to lift up and you can sit on it. it might be hard to lift your head, or you might not be able to lift it at all.

My town is REALLY small, but every year we have a carnival with one of these things in it. Fun ride, but I always get sick afterwards lol

Lmaoooo I just actually tried this thing this past weekend when I went to the fair with my girlfriend, I went on, she refused lmao. I’ve been to A LOT of major theme parks, and I have NEVER experienced sooooo many G forces at one time 😂😂😂. If u plan on trying this one, be prepared!! I had no idea the seats shifted up suddenly either and then I was just like “UM OK THEN” 😂😂. But would not recommend for anyone who has like heart problems or like breathing problems especially, because I noticed that the G forces you’re feeling are so intense, it feels like those simulators they put astronauts and Air Force pilots through for G forces, and it was more difficult to breathe (could’ve just seemed bad though because if I can’t breathe as well suddenly, it will freak me out a little sometimes). Cool part is being it’s enclosed, you would think it would make you dizzy, but not rlly. The view you see is exactly what it looks like. So you basically look like you’re sitting still in a way, but you can just feel the G forces fairly quickly. I mean I’m a grown man at 5’8” and about 205-210 lbs, and that thing EASILY held me to the wall and if you were able to move your limbs they would stick in that position without you having to hold anything. I mean hell, look at the one kid upside down lol, which is what happened when I rode it. Ofc it was just me and two kids probably ages 10-12 years old I’m guessing, the ride gets going, and we were kinda more spread out, I look over as it feels like my fave is just caving in 😂😂😂, and this kid is just completely upside down, hands folded in His lap, and was just hanging there like it’s nbd lmao, I had to take a second look when I saw that and was like “wait wtf?!?” 😂😂😂. Very very cool ride tho especially for a traveling fair attraction which have to be hard to make at least the more intense rides, and if you’re a roller coaster fan who loves experiencing those G forces especially, then I would def recommend trying it!
