Rainy River Spring Walleye Fishing

Our 2024 spring walleye excursion didn't go as planned as we were met with icy conditions, the walleye weren't biting but still managed to catch 1 fish. We managed to catch plenty of channel catfish on the Red River which turned out to be a good day. Thanks for watching! Make sure to Subscribe!

Went up and fished the Canadian side of Lake of the Woods and it did not disappoint. We finished with a good amount of decent-sized crappies and then were able to get some walleye fishing in as well! Put yet another good day's work in ice fishing on Lake of the Woods, and was able to bring a multi-species day together for you all to watch. I enjoyed pulling out the wheelhouse for the first time this year and enjoyed some nice weather over the weekend, the walleye bite was almost non-existent where I was but was able to catch a couple. With warm weather approaching make sure to check with resorts on ice conditions!

Another great day on Lake of the Woods, the bite has continued to stay hot which has made for some great fishing! The boys found some hard water out on Lake of the Woods and managed to bring in their two-man limit and caught multiple more! many of the resorts have now officially opened roads and staked trails out to deeper water so if you are looking to get on some fish check with the resorts before getting on the lake. Public Land Duck Hunting (Mixed Bag)

The boys dropped a few ducks on the weekends and managed to bag a goose in as well, On Saturday the boys hunted Lake of the Woods and dropped 3 ducks, and Sunday at "the mallard capital of the world" and shot a variety of ducks.
