It was damp/mostly dry. I let the towel turban soak up most of the water so it wouldn’t take too long blow drying my hair

Yes it was mostly dry. I let a lot of the water soak up on my towel turban. If I do it on soaking wet hair it takes forever 😅

Hi! I have a small head, circumference at 21.5 and they sent me the average size which I was able to still work with but it would tight for someone over 22.5 circumference
