Cool and all but the phaser on the lead will make tons of problems. this is why to make a lead unique you need to use TONS of automation for diffrent effects. slapping on a phaser will make the lead sound diffrent in every Room,every space, every headphones , every speakers. you might hear it insanely good in your studio , and then listen to it on a JBL and be like "did i mix that lead this bad?" so please , Dont use a phaser on the lead.

Even a fast googling or search on Spotify on UK house and the bpm goes from 124-140, 178 for a house track seems "a bit" to fast, the drums is more dnb patterns?
