The cars that's best is the one you like the best ! I have 4 sports cars and now at 57 years old I like all these cars for different reasons. Real car guys will love them all but lean towards one brand or the other. Corvettes are a 2 seater and why are they even comparing it to a Mustang ? This video is pointless until I see the vette compared to the fastest streetbike. !

I don't think it's a direct competitors. Mustang just has V8 power and a boxy look. It's more like a cowboy's car. Corvette has a super car look and aerodynamic. For the same money, I'll take the Vette anytime😎

Even if the Dark Horse becomes part of the tuning world it's not going to get huge amounts of power unless it gets forced induction. A tuner can only do so much with naturally aspirated engines. Then ad the fact that Ford has most likely already tuned it to close to it's maximum potential there's just not much left on the table. Which goes for ALL N/A engines. It's just the facts.

I love german sports cars but even I know the vette is a better car hands down. C8 in z06 format can go head to head with the gt3 race Porsche.

The Stang is way overpriced for what you get.....the corvette is not that much more and you get a way better car.

I had two mustangs. Now I have one and a C8 LT3 Z51 package with magnetic ride and front end lift. I’ve tracked the car twice and it’s magnificent. I also enjoy tracking my mustang but there’s a serious amount of understeer with all that weight on the front wheels.

One more thing...both the FORD and CHEVY were stupid fast, but both were ridiculously unreliable!

I bought a 2024 Camaro SS 1LE, and it was a large load of garbage. Within 1 week after purchase, broken down, at the dealership for 2 weeks. One day, after getting my car back, broken down again. Another major fuel leak! Same thing, X2 ! Now the FORD. I bought a brand new at the time, a 2014 Mustang GT premium. Another piece of junk! Body panels falling off the car, A/C stops working, after 6 times for warranty, never actually repair the car, I got ride of it. I got ride of the Camaro after one month, bought a Toyota, without any problems at all! Never buy FORD or CHEVY again!!!

I would like your opinion of the 03 or 04 C5 Z06. They weigh 3100 lbs, manual transmission, 405 hp, 400 lb ft of torque, lower gearing than base and track tuned stiffer suspension. Yes, the interior isn’t great but you don’t see it when you are holding on tight and carving the next corner. It sits low and corners hard, is more raw and not as refined as later generations, I’ve heard.

I have a C7 and I love it. If I had the money I'd have a Mustang as well.

There’s no massive torque tube going down the middle. As a matter of fact, there is no torque tube at all. Come on man. And you were off on HP. 490 or 495 with performance exhaust. Oh, and it will demolish a Dark Horse anytime, any place.

A mustang regardless of its trim or package is still a 6 cylinder car with upgrades. A Corvette is its own car. Not a Camero that's been upgraded.

As an employee of a Ford dealer I can tell you that Ford is the biggest dumpster fire of incompetence, recalls, and mismanagement. There isn't one Ford model right now that doesn't have some sort of safety recall
