for the 3A demo I recommend using the set up 1.grab the wall 2.move up one pixel (by spamming pause) 3.do a full hight jump then demo dash It works well on me even without hitbox on

Just the training was enough especially after not finding the right next one like you....
For cloud jumps, wait until the cloud is at its highest, then hold the jump button for maximum height. Celeste gives you a tiny bit of extra time for that jump, so it's better to be late than early.
Holding the jump button makes you jump higher
You can do this, but don't be afraid to stop short if you're not having fun. GMHS isn't for everyone.
