gently overcome sadness and be kind to yourself like you would to your friend
flowers still bloom regardless of each other’s beauty
reduce perfectionism
try not to self-criticise for feeling sad or tired

reduce toxic positivity - balance and moderation is key here while also being authentically you and compassionate

reduce being addicted to your sorrows trust that it will get better
reduce people-pleasing because even if you are being fake or being the real you not everyone will be pleased either way which is why it’s important to stay true to you it will lead you to serendipitous events in life that’s aligned to you!
try not to be ashamed to look at the world through a romantic lens in a balanced way
