Gonna try it tomorrow in 2024 facelift tucson. Dealer didnt told me about it. İ dont think that they know about also but if that works i ll be very happy... Great future that i love most...
I don't understand what the difference is between this and the smart cruise. If you set the cruise for 62 then it will not go above that, but it will slow down if the car ahead does, and then when it is clear ahead it will accelerate back to 62. So why do you need a limiter?
Its a speed limiter cars have been fitted with them gorvpast 20 year. You have have speed limiter by law in europe my old hyundai had on i fitted my kona got not digital dash cars are fitted with
Probably. Nobody ever reads the manual though and this is something that isn’t easy to discover. I will probably never use this feature though nonetheless.
I use this all the time on my Tucson. Living in London or UK, where there are speed cameras everywhere, this is very useful and stops me from accidently speeding and being caught. Another thing worth mentioning, (at least on my car in the UK) is that if the speed limit changes from one road to another (e.g 30MPH to 40MPG), the speed limiter prompts you that its changed and you just need to knock the up or down button once and it adjusts to the current speed limit of the road you are on.
Bought the car and took an 800 mile road trip from 33 miles lol luckily the dealer told me about that feature and I loved it. Along with lane assist, I set my speed for 5 over speed limit and distance to 4 even if the car in front of me drops 20 under limit the car automatically slows down to maintain the distance. I love it.
Or just use smart cruise control? Why use the old manual version? SCC includes pacing and has the ability of HDA to auto adjust speed among other things
Wow! Really hidden feature for me. Own this car for about a month and never seen this. Very useful thing as in Eastern Europe we have a lot of static and portable speed cameras. This can save from breaching a speed limit. Thanks for video!
Useless feature. Cannot think of any situation where I’d use this. The examples you mention are all too stupid for words. No one with more than two brain cells should limit the top speed. That is extremely dangerous.
It's very useful for me. I live in Chicago and there are speed cameras all over the place limit is 30, they catch you on 34, It's very easy to go 35 without noticing. In the city you don't need speed, if you need to accelerate quick just floor it and it overrides the limit, don't be so limited in your thinking. Thanks for the comment 👍
How is this a surprise? That car has a minimum of 50 different computers. Just wait a few years till you need to fix it, then you’ll be impressed with the bill.

Can we change to put it to Limit instead of Cruise by default?
Unfortunately no
hi, would we need to press accelerator in limit mode?
Yes, in limit mode you have to use acceleration pedal
Bro needs some fuel
Hidden ?
Thanks man 👍🏼
Bros running on fumes
My man hogging the middle lane getting overtaken on both sides 😂😂😂😂
😂
This is listed in the car's manual.

@FlashAsh99 I feel bad for you, try moving to a free country where the state doesnt want to get your money all the time.
The brochure says it's cruise control, weird.
It has both functions
Thanks for the tip! Very useful 👌
You're welcome 😊

After the Tesla, Hyundai has the best "self-driving"-driver assistance feature in my oppinion
You still have the screen protector after 27k miles. Kudos.
Just trying to keep it nice and clean :)
Me too I’m at 31k miles lol
So if he ever sells that car you'll see how well taken care of it was
Mine is 30k
Doesnt that thing melt on the screen ?
Go to know, Ajdin! Thank you!
this is very useful for me, thank you so much!
You're welcome!
It's called a limiter, they have been on Trucks for decades.
Or just use smart cruise control? Why use the old manual version? SCC includes pacing and has the ability of HDA to auto adjust speed among other things
That’s not cruise control. It’s a limiter.
Limiter is useful on twisty roads when the smart cruise can't track the car in front on corners.
Precisely
thank you!
You're very welcome 😇
Useful feature indeed. Thanks for sharing! 🙂

No problem, I'm glad this was helpful for you 😊
why can't you use smart cruise control?
@Mihail0885 another trick is to always have waze on
@@Chris-hw4mq Yep, always on :)
I am surprising that you drive your car with empty gas tank.
It wasn't empty
Not empty…. Still 24 miles of fuel. 😳
I've driven mine down to 3 miles to empty. :)

Just for you maybe. We all have different opinions. You may not use but it's good for some that it's there.
Sounds like you have an unhappy life and decided to take it out on this video.
I'm already amazed that the instrument panel shows the speed limit right there.
You can turn that on in cluster settings

@@56585656587 Where did you get the number 50 or above? I find it hard to believe that the car would have that many CPUs.
@@Briguy1027 : since you obviously don’t know anything about a modern mid class car, you should spend a few minutes reading.
@@56585656587 people like you are still driving 1990s cars.
dint know this. good to know :) never going to use it but thanks. always good to know more info.
