Thanks! That stuff wasn’t easy to find. I luckily walked into a shop that’s about 5 hours round trip from me and they had made custom run Fireball cabooses and the new RMT boxcars had just arrived.

The Train Room is in the living room which is off of the kitchen. I can pretty much spin my chair around and refill my cup. 😊

@NSModelRailRoading sometimes I have a collection of dirty coffee cups in my trainroom in the basement . Have a great weekend .

@@LauraSiniawski thanks! It’s 10 3/4 inches of rise over 130 inches of track on the incline side. I had my girlfriend punch it into AI and it gave me the measurements for each support. People will say that it’s too steep but look at that little LionChief Pulling Scale sized cars up it and that second engine is not powered. I built it for my Shay but was having issues with it derailing. Now that I got a few problematic spots leveled out side to side the Shay climbs it with ease pulling 5 log cars with loads.

Shoot I think everyone makes one. I know for sure that Lionel & MTH makes them. Mine is a MTH RailKing.

@@CorysModelRailway the one I’m running in this is Pre Sounds. It has a whistle and smokes great. I think you can find them right around $200. Not bad for a diecast body and strong puller.

@@ChrisDelp-v6l that’s what it’s modeled after. It’s the only one that I know of. I grew up in Roanoke. I have that, the H&C coffee sign and the Dr. Pepper sign. Hop on eBay and type in O scale Texas Tavern. He has the full building and a flat. The signs are made by Miller Engineering if you can find them. I don’t think he makes those two anymore but I believe I got those on eBay as well.

You can acquire this stuff fairly cheap if you don’t mind working on the engines and cars.

It may have something to do with seeing them as a kid but it also was about the only building that would fit in that particular spot.

@@johnknippenberg-LandmarkYards the freight cars are exceptional. I do have problems out of the tethers on locomotives here and there but I’m getting good at fixing those.

I found this one at The Underground Railroad in New Castle PA. I believe he put another one out right after I bought this one. Lou is a great guy if you are relatively close it’s worth the drive.

I was worried it was going to slap the S-2 coming into that curve. It overhangs quite a bit in the corners.

Yeah. big locomotive the Centipede was sadly didnt do good in the market because every centipede was different but other than that, it was successful in its job.
