This Ladder Truck is being used here for traffic control, diversion, and first responders' protection. Beyond its main purpose. I suggest testing if the ambulance can jump this extra high curb/median without damage. The Ladder Truck and Ambulance could park in the inside lane of the opposing traffic on the other side of the median. Traffic cones could be put out behind the accident. I suspect they have to follow rules to approach the accident in a certain way though.
