What does an anxiety attack feel like?
I had two anxiety attacks within two weeks and it's honestly really scary.
The world feels like it's ending, and feelings of hopelessness are unshakable.
The purpose of this video is to remind myself that everything will be okay.
I tried everything to feel better, and nothing helped... This made me realize that I need professional support and may suffer from mental illness. I tried coping in healthy ways like praying, exercising, calling friends and family, making music, lying down, drinking water-everything except for drugs, lol.
Dealing with a lot of things at once has always been difficult for me, and I've struggled with time management for a while. Unfortunately, this bad pattern has escalated to a level that I can no longer ignore. I will be seeking professional help with a psychiatrist and psychologist. Wish me luck.
