Why would that ? The ground at your feet would be under the rock . That is where the gold would be .

I found a nice goose egg sized blue superior agate in a turned up tree root right next to st Anthony falls.
That’s awesome. The geology in this specific area isn’t know for agates unfortunately, but I’m happy for you!
