@failingtosuccess Thank you for this video. I watched several and this one was the most helpful. I do need a little help. My variant is a 4 unit/4 pack. Amazon rejected it due to too high of a price. Amazon said "Potential high pricing error! Consider updating your price(s) using the provided reference price(s)."

We apologize for the inconvience." Without explanation. Ive made sure all my listings are Identical apart from color map, size and GTINs.. What could the error be coming from?
It could be some of the item specifics on the child skus like hazmat or dimensions

Thank you for posting this. I created a parent listing with 8 variants. When I look at the listing on Amazon the short description of each variant is showing instead of the photos of the item. I did add photos to every variant when I created the parent/child listings. I've asked for help with Amazon but they are spinning me in circles. Any idea how to get the swatch photos to show instead up a word button?
You should be able to add the swatch photos at the child level or also on the variations on the parent item

Do I have to make each child Variation first then add it to the parent Variation or Can I just make them in the parent Variation?
And for parent sku is it something i make up or something i am provided with from Amazon

Color Map on child listing shows the wrong color. I write in the correct color but it won't let me save as it pops up "red" again showing error.
Check the valid values for the category to see if the color is supported

Hi. I have been trying to add a color variation to an existing listing that ben created by other seller but it keeps creating a completely new listing not updating the same one
Adding to another seller would be a problem. You need to have control and ownership of the listing to do this
I created first the parent and then, I added one chile (inactive) and when I added the second chile (active), this one changed the pictures for the inactive child. So, both variations showed the same picturea. Is the issue the type of variation? I used the Model Number variation. Thanks
You would need to go update the information/images at the child level before grouping them.
Before grouping them, both childs had the correct pictures. When i grouped them, the pictures changed.
