I love cloud watching! My Grandma watched clouds every afternoon in Barbados and she even saw her plaid uniform in the sky but thought her eyes were playing tricks on her but the next day her friend exclaimed, "Theodora, Theodora did you see your dress in the sky!"

I saw some Korean kids so proud of stepping around a us flag imbedded in their floor when maybe they dont realize what an insult it was having it in thr floor in the first place

My goal is to make meditations in motion. I drove 10 hours back to NY from Martinsville, Virginia last week- 5 hours of the journey in the rain. I am grateful it wasn't raining this hard. Write down one thing you are grateful for today and stick it up on your bathroom mirror.
