Thanks for sharing. Later in life when I started training with sticks and knives, I realized how beautiful and genious American Kenpo was. I had taken it in High School for about three years, in San Antonio TX, under Sifu Gary Swann. My dad was restationed and had to move to Alabama. Eventually, I continued martial arts but there was no Kenpo around here. To this day, it I still love American Kenpo, its history, its principles, its cool named techniques and how each name actaullly represents some principle in the movement. Yes sir, 25 years later, here I am looking up the rest of Long Form 4 so I can see how weopons would beautifully fit in.
