Super sweet man, im gonna build that for sure here real soon, i live in northern idaho in the now belt, this would be great to get to town on. o to make it lt appear its just your average mini bike frame using the existiing rear tire then connecting a new bracket that is welded on that holds an additional tire, free spinning because the big tire up front is connected to a clutch or more than likely a cvt torque converter which would let you go up and down offroad. the belt is of unknown design but make one, their are many ways to do so just look them up or ponder it for awhile. Honda clone either 6.5 hp engine or a 13hp if you think you need it. The ski is also a unknown because i have no idea how big it really is or what it came from but the front ski would matter greatly in its design and material/ paint job . So look up what the best ski for something like this would be, do you research, its how you steer.

For a few dollars you can get a decent prop, that will make use of the torque available from your Honda 5.5. There is also significant efficiency gain to be had. There is only one big argument against direct drive, that is starting the motor with a submerged prop. Experience will tell.

The prop rotates at the same speed as the engine? No clutch mechanism to allow engine to idle without spinning the prop? Im looking at doing somthing similar.
