    Does this method work for 9 ft walls?

    • @1mandrywallarmytv144
      @1mandrywallarmytv144 Місяць тому

      that's a great question . And yes the higher you go the more you should be charging. Once your feet leave the ground your time just doubled at minimum. For example if you bid work at 8 foot ceilings then from 8 ft up would require a price increase. The client rarely understands how quickly high work slows down production. You need past performance to how data to work from. Adjust your numbers from there

    $150 to $200 a sheet. simple.... 3000 divided by 32, a board sq ft times $150 equals $13,950. these days the numbers are good. When this video came out Trump was in office. In the Biden Corporation economy all materials are up 300% and labor must be up accordingly

    The drywall above my front door Is cracked and loose from the wall a sheet about 2x4 feet. There's a big patch missing that I filled with spray foam. The whole inside of the top frame was open so I filled it with window and door spray foam and filled the patch with foam and it glued the wall paper back down to the wall. Not professional looking to say the least and made a big mess but the frame Is much more insulated and the wall is better fixed but it still loose from the wall. Pushes in and out. Idk if I should try just screwing it back on or replacing the whole sheet of drywall

    • @1mandrywallarmytv144
      @1mandrywallarmytv144 Рік тому

      its cracked because there is movement. I'd rescrew the board back down to where it is snug to the framing. V-groove the crack, prefill the crack,tape it, then float out the seam with at least two coats, then retexture
