You mean the "Oath"? You have to purchase it for each case (character). The basic cases can be purchased using in game currency, while the rest require real money, unfortunately.

There are free Oaths which you can obtain by completing the daily Oath quests. For 99% of premium units, those Oaths can only be obtained by paying for it, unfortunately.

Believe it or not, I only spent $30 this time: - I had maybe 50-100 Elementium, and the rest were purchased through Iridimorphite (maybe about 200 Elementium purchased for Daisy) - I bought the $15 Advanced Contract so that I can get some SSR Bio-chips - I bought the $15 exclusive Oath gift from the Endless Summer event I get a lot of Iridimorphite from ranking in Cage Fight and other dailies.

Thanks for commenting! You can usually pickup a few in the banner events. You exchange it with some of the collectible items. Or you can hoard iridimorphite and exchange that instead

In the main page of your account, click on Mall, then Iridimorphite Procurement. You can buy Elementiums using Iridimorphite in that section
