    Exercises are great, but if you really want to lose belly fat (or fat from anywhere else), you’ll need to focus on your diet too. In my opinion, diet is even more important than exercise unless you're okay with having rock-solid abs hidden under a layer of fat. 😂 I'm currently in my third week of following a meal plan I found on a site called OnlyMeal, and it’s been amazing. I've already lost a decent amount of fat, and my love handles are gone! It even comes with a workout plan to keep you on track. Seriously, do some research, there are plenty of affordable and customized meal plans out there, but this one has been a game-changer for me!
