40 Min Intermediate Yoga | Flying Lizard | Hip mobility, balance, and strength
This 40-minute vinyasa yoga flow is an open level/intermediate practice with a focus on opening the hips, building strength and mobility in the lower body, and creating a feeling of lightness in the body. Expect some fun transitions, squat variations, arm balances and stretches as we work towards flying lizard in this well-rounded flow.

I love your flows! please hold the savasanna for longer, it really breaks the magic of the pose to have to get up half way and pause the video. otherwise I love your style and the poses you focus. your flows don't feel as repetitive as most other yoga videos out there ❤

i liked this flow but i found it a bit to fast to feel the effects/benefits of the asana so i slowed the speed down to .75 and it was great !!

Awesome! keep coming up with this kind of level or higher, cause for me it was hard to find something that matches my level until this practice, btw other practices I like include the half primary series from LarugaYoga, 45 minutes long Boho Beatiful intermediate ones, and also some of the The Yoga Gypsea"s advanced classes, and also from Sigismondi's channel which is a treasury the jump through,back practice with Kino yogi.
