    In your garage, you would already have 1/4" and 3/8" drive ratchets and breaker bars. There would be no need to buy this tool. If you ride a motorcycle, this is the ideal tool in your saddlebag. You want this if you have to do a roadside repair.

      @1coop 29 днів тому

      I didn't test it because I've personally never had problems with clamps not staying tight. As for this one I tested it after you said that and no problems with it, stays tight.

  • @NukeChiefMech
    @NukeChiefMech Місяць тому

    That is not a quick release. You have to take the tension off before you can extend it; that does not qualify as quick release.

    • @1coop
      @1coop 29 днів тому

      I just went with what they called it but your right it shouldn't be classified as quick release. It can be released with out loosening it but it's not easy so they shouldn't have called it that.

    I don’t know how you got it in green. I’ve only seen it in red. It’s a good general tool to have. I have it in a bag with their colored sockets. When I’m desperate I use it when working on my car because it extends and it actually cracks bolts loose when my 3/8 impact can’t! But god I hate that 5 degree swing. Also wished it was a 90 tooth

    • @1coop

      I've never seen it in another color in my store. I mainly got it because of the extension, just thought it would be nice to have because all my 1/4 in. and 3/8 in. ratchets are short handled.

    One thing HF and most of the other big tool warehouses are doing poorly these days is providing blowmolded cases for people who aren't relying on large tool cabinets. Seems like Walmart is the only brick and mortar vendor still catering to the mobile crowd. Even people who don't find any use for them besides target practice could still benefit from the bare minimum of tool organization. I guess it would be more sustainable to make a toolholder out of scrap wood.

    Hey, I don’t know who you are but I want to let you know that God is real. God is real and He made every one of us. When He made mankind He made him perfect, but the first people chose to rebel against God and do what is called sin. Since the first man and women every single person has sinned which means that every single man, women, and child deserves to go to hell, and even though that doesn’t sound fair, it is fair. God is a holy and just God and cannot just forgive sin. God loves us though, and He wanted us to be saved from our sin. He chose to send His only begotten Son, Jesus, down to the earth to live the perfect life that no one else has lived. Jesus was then wrongly condemned by Jews and crucified by the Romans. When He was on the cross Jesus bore all of His peoples sins upon Himself, so that God His Father punished Him for the sins that we have committed. Before Jesus died He said “It is finished” which means “paid in full”. Jesus paid for our sins so that we do not have to spend eternity in hell paying for them. On the third day after He was crucified Jesus arose from the dead and showed Himself to 500 people. He then told His disciples what to do and then He ascended to the right hand of the Father to eventually come back one day. God is willing to save you if you will repent of all your sins and wrong doings and fully trust in who Jesus Christ is. Sins are things that go against Gods nature and are things that He hates. Some common sins that have been accepted are pride, lying, lustful attraction, masturbation, sex before marriage, homosexuality, cursing, using the Lords name in vain, and hating other people. Confess your sins to the Lord and repent of all of them. Believe in what Jesus has done and ask God to save you. Please turn to Him before it is too late, because the end is coming very soon.

    Can't keep the blade on mine no matter how much I tighten. Any ideas?

    • @1coop
      @1coop 3 місяці тому

      There should be four little tabs on the end of the spindle were the blade goes, you have to make sure the blade is seated on those for the position you want it. Blades and accessory's can only be mounted at angles up to 90° left or right of straight ahead. Then add the flange washer and the bolt in and tighten it down. If it's still coming loose after that then there might be something wrong with your threads on the bolt or in the bolt hole. You might want to take it back for a replacement.

      From what I know, the cheap Harbor Freight ones he's referring to should work just fine. You only need something more expensive for amp work from what I understand. Guitars don't use as much volts/watts/amps/ohms... I'm not sure which one of those is most apt here, I'm not an expert obviously. But the convenience of the stand and audible continuity are worth the little extra money spent.

    I tried to cut a toilet bolt with it and it just didn’t do squat. Apparently I need titanium blades.

      I imagine this blade would be okay for wood products. To cut a metal bolt I would say you'd probably have to buy a more expensive one.

      I haven't tested it yet if that's what you mean otherwise the workings of it just search on here for 5 gang multifunction switch panel, there's lots of people on here demonstrating how it works, hook it up and different applications.

    I love em I have Milwaukee and Lennox bits that don't do haf as good as these to be honest

    Worst step bits out there. Will not drill through metal without a pilot hole first, all three of my bit tips broke first time. Plastic and wood are ok.

      I figured they weren't going to be great for metal. Occasionally I drill holes in plastic when I'm tinkering around so I figured they would be okay for that.

    I just got one myself for $36 AUD on Amazon as part of a lightnight flash sale. It looks the same but i noticed you mentioned yours is the enhanced edition which I saw too in amazon for more money. I had an engine light on and it helped on the Honda accord. For $36 AUD it's worth it...for the normal price I'd recommend spending the extra for the AD410

    • @1coop
      @1coop 6 місяців тому

      The AD410 looks nice but I was just looking to tinker around with one. I only paid like $23 for mine which I think they list now for around $25. The links in the description for the exact one I bought. It did tell me that my jeep wasn't heating up to proper temperature which it gives a code for the thermostat. I did know I have to change it so it was nice that it caught that.

    • @bign1667
      @bign1667 6 місяців тому

      @1coop the AD410 is the AD310 with just a nicer display menu's and updates. That's why I too purchased the AD310 since it was on sale for half the price. For me I'm happy because the AD310 told me my engine light error code is a P0303...which is a misfire in cylinder 3 so I can either fix it or let my mechanic know saving him time too. I trust my mechanic but a tool like this would definitely save my arse it I was towed to a random mechanic who could have taken this opportunity to rip me off.

    Thanks for showing battery installation. It's in the small print of the small owner's manual, but not that easy to find and no diagram.

    I wish it had a 9v battery instead of the 2 AAAs. The 9v lasts longer

      I haven't had it long enough to know how fast it will drain the battery's but if seems to drain to fast I'll probably just use rechargeable batteries in it. Good point though, I didn't even think of that but I have been using it and I do like it. Happy Holidays.

    The one reason I clicked on this was to see it crimp. I am left without that question answered at all. I can go look at pictures of the product all day, all you had to do was crimp a few things, useless video.

    Be careful not to buy batteries that are more than 1800 mA or you will exceed the 30A rating of the BMS.

      I haven't tested it with one but I don't see why not it's rated at 110 PSI.
