Why is it I measure cream exactly and my dough never sticks together, it just crumbles. I add a little more and a little more and..... what am I doing wrong?
Great question! How are you measuring your flour? If you are scooping the flour directly from the bag you are likely using too much flour. I always recommend spoon measuring the flour or even better-using a kitchen scale. Hope that helps! :)
