Awesome stamps
Hello. I have a collection of valuable and rare original stamps from several countries with a long life. Can you help or buy?.
I have couple of pieces in my collection sir
Oh hy actually I think I have a Z-grill but I don’t know how I can identify if it was a zgrill or something else please can you help me I have some other rare stamps too
Clearly and well constructed. Thank you, I learned a few new things about the first USA stamps.
Hi
In most videos I saw they drip a few drops on the back of the stamp lying in the black container, thus, do not use so much fluid spurted out in the container itself. The few drops made more sense to me. Less waste.
Nice
Very interesting. Thanks for the reminiscence.
Interesting to see a stamp auction in progress.
Thus you don't advise taking the stamp off paper with a special gum solvable liquid? Will the paper not damage the stamp over time?
Thank you for your question! Our in-house experts do not recommend attempting to soak stamps off paper with anything but water. Other fluids could potentially damage the stamp. Leaving a modern, self-adhesive stamp on paper is completely safe, which is why we suggest simply trimming the paper as close to the perforations as possible and then placing the stamp in a slightly larger mount to account for the difference. We hope this helps!
@@mysticstampcompanyofficial1601 I will certainly keep this in mind as a choice. It just feels "strange" to keep a stamp on paper. The self-adhesive stamps of some countries, e.g. of Canada can apparently be removed from the paper with water. I guess one has to try to soak a self-adhesive stamp with water, and make notes about which countries one can do it that way, and for the remainder one of the choices is to leave it on paper as you think is best.
The bad thing is that it doesnt have the postage dues Like j1-104 And the O47-56
Do you still mail paper catalogs to your customers?
@brendaowens2466 We do! You can get our most recent version of the catalog here: www.mysticstamp.com/sc1p-mystic-stamp-catalog/
Much too short vid. I'll be using Self adhesive Davo black mounts when i'm ready .Thanks
Enjoyed the story!

Very interesting and lots of excitement. Thanks for sharing!
Great story with lots of interesting information. Do you still have the Jenny plate block? Guess I’ll be eagerly awaiting the next installment.
No, we sold the plate block in 2015. I'll tell that story in a few weeks. I planned to show the Jenny plate block at the NYC 2016 International Stamp Show. Stuart Weitzman, owner of high end shoe company called me asking to buy it. I said no. He said he had to buy it for some European investors who want rare US things. Long story short, he made an offer too good to refuse. That's a fun story we will tell soon. I'm happy you enjoyed this video.
Thanks for posting!
I have 2 of them
Nice
I also have this stamp along with others
Great story, amazing stamp.
Great story for rare stamps collector's.
Great story!
TRADUS O VÍDEO,PARA OS BRASILEIROS 🇧🇷
Wonderful story!
This is a well presented informative video, can’t wait for the second part. BTW: I’ve enjoyed doing business with you - thoroughly professional!
The $5 Hamilton is not relatively scarce in mint condition. In fact, it is easily found in mint condition. I bought mine on ebay in 2020, in mint NH, VF-EX Fine centering for $28.00.
Where's part 2?
Part 2 is out now! ua-cam.com/video/kKY71KZdadk/v-deo.html
I discovered my grandfather's stamp collection. He left plenty to sort through. I'm probably about the age he started collecting, so I feel a connection with him when I start looking through these stamps, (nearly all from Mystic in the 60s-80s) ,🤗
Franklin Delano Roosevelt had very good taste! All of these are really nice issues.
Do you count those 4 cent Columbians as unused?
I have one
Good tutorial. Short and clear. Thanks!
This two One cent stamps on bottom left side look cool... i till this moment dont have so ( Franklin big head )
P r o m o s m
I would vote for C15, the $2.60 Graf Zeppelin airmail.
I like the designs on these 1902 issues very much! Interesting to learn about the imperforate stamps. Thanks for the video!
Thanks for the interesting and informative video! Clear and well presented video!
Can you send me a catalog
These duck stamps are absolutely beautiful! Thanks for the video.

I have three Scott 125 no grill used. I have taken them to a number of shows over the years shown to many different dealers and all agree that they are the Scott 125 no grill. I’m confident myself. I have been a numismatic for over 40 years and specializing in errors and varieties for 38 years. If anybody is truly interested, they can come see me and Spokane Washington willing to sell two of them.
I love these stamps PR1-PR8 are my favorite s.
Thank goodness for perforations. I’ve got quite a few early imperfs that were cut, looks like maybe in a hurry! Great video
Hi Mystic Stamp Company! Hi Stamp Collectors! I started as a kid in the Bicentennial Year. It remains one of my favorite years. A nice pastor started a Stamp Club in my elementary school. He would bring a giant box of stamps for us to collect a few each week. I feel guilty that I probably took too many. 😟. My grandmother would collect stamps on paper torn from envelopes from her friends and they told two friends and so on. So a couple times a month, there would be a giant envelope of stamps to soak. Many of them were unique, but there were lots of doubles. Christmas stamps in the 1970s were delightful though. 🔥. I have my youthful collection which is quite good as I really got into it. Del's Coin and Stamp was a neat store. I have an adult style of stamp collecting now. Some of my categories have remained for my entire life though. I find stamps junk hunting and at auctions. I currently have a big box that I got at a flea market to which I must attend. I always joke that I am sure that I am going to find a Penny Black in the morass. I order stamps from Mystic Stamp Company and buy collector sheets at the Post Office. As a curious kid, stamp collecting gave me an edge in history class. All I needed was my stamps and Encyclopedia Britannica and then I was off and running to get books at the library. I always enjoy these videos! - Heather
The USPS got lucky and found some really great artists! Great video!
