Sleepless Soundscapes (2021)

During 2020 and 2021, like many during the Covid Pandemic shutdowns, I spent many restless nights wishing I could spend more time outside of the walls of my small condo. One night, after many different attempts at sleep I composed Sleepless Soundscapes to capture my experience. In it, you will hear bugs, frogs, my inner thoughts, my partner happily sleeping, and the drone of a small singing bowl. One of the things that frequently keeps me up (especially on anxious nights) is my tinnitus. The sound of the singing bowl is this sound brought outside my body and relentlessly adding it's noise
