Aww thank you Zac, i appreciate your encouraging words. :-D I feel like anxiety makes sense if there's a lion chasing you ( Which most of the time unless you work with them isn't very often ) but when it interferes with everyday life i feel helpless and i am on guard in my brain 24/7 and all i want is to get better and break bad habits build new ones - Ironically one of them being '' Learn to have patience.'' All of these people talking on here each have valid points and i am so glad i decided to listen to it! :) I think 1 of the things that i need to achieve is getting rid of the toxic contacts in my life and not give them the time of day. I yearn to get better in different areas of life, mainly a more positive perspective of life and dare to put myself out there which will hopefully happen at some point. People have in the past called me ugly, too negative and a lot more. Then there's the people who call me : caring, generous, beautiful, positive and yes it's of course nice that people give me compliments however having negative feelings, feeling like you've tried so many different strategies/methods to get better and pretty much going round in circles , even meds that why carry on? My family and friends want me to stay and be alive and have good experiences with them which would be really nice, it's just i dont feel like going on at times , feeling like i am a burden to them when i feel down, of course great when i feel good and able to take on the day :) . He is very good at explaining things in a way that i can comprehend. He's certainly very encouraging and inspiring. I have successfully resisted the urge to self harm during these past challenging and hard months so that's positive and i make sure to get out in the fresh air, cook most meals from scratch. However it's such a hard time, with the lockdown albeit necessary i find myself overthinking about several things on the daily, i am gradually getting back into a good routine and i'm gradually increasing my list of activities which i'm determined to maintain if that makes sense. I find the evenings the hardest part of the day and that Netflix - watching funny comedies can distract my severe anxiety, ya know kinda like an escape from the scary/worrying times we're in. I genuinely take my hat off for those of you who are getting through this with your head heId high. Hats off to you guys. I hope you and everyone else here is keeping safe and keeping in contact with family & friends :) even saying the simple yet meaningful words : ''Hi, how are you?'' is & can be enough to brighten someones day. Hi Bergomy, in life we need someone. Sure don't have to tell that person all of your dreams but yet still you have confine in someone you trust and know that the person can help make your dreams a reality.
