@@stephenholford8098 I have a stihl km 130, it has 1.5 kW. That's what it says in the documentation. And the Honda UMK 450 also has 1.5 kW, which, it seems to me, is too little for 47.9 cm³. I'm afraid to buy because there is little power, and I need a powerful tool. What do you advise - does it make sense to buy or not for €620.00?

@@KWfirewood i just bought the 450 xe yesterday, amazing bit of kit, the way the standard line head clears grass away from the cutter combined with the engine torque allowing it to keep cutting speed is just what I’ve been needing.

Probably similar. The 2 stroke strimmers have more KW, but the 4 stroke will have more torque, especially at lower rpm. For running a metal grass/mulching blade I much prefer a 4 stroke.

It's sold as a "machinery helmet" by JSP. Changed the ear defenders as the first ones were rubbish and fell apart. Polycarbonate visor.

Hi, you defiantly need the bli300 (9.4ah) battery for this machine. They also do 2 larger backpack batteries, but the problem with them is they upset the balance of the brushcutter. I've had this for 10 months now, but most of it's use is with the line head strimming grass, which it is fantastic for! Occasionally a battery will cut out due to overheat, but it will have done 30mins of strimming full throttle, and will have ran out of charge so time to swap anyway. Climate in the North of Scotland might be different to you : 20-25°C is a hot summers day here!!

It's a great machine, but you can't get all that power for nothing. Using the 9.4ah battery 20-30mins on full throttle
