@@CremedeNacre i'm sorry, they discontinued it.. but let me see what else comes close (as well as fragrancefree): There is Tilbury Beautiful Skin, Mac Studio Radiance, maybe the Kosas BB gel. I had to use up other things lately, so i should really compare them closely.

@@divisioneparzero well.. the blush really isn't special (very dry, like my skin, so not perfect for me) but i've wanted one of these classic ones for years. It is sentimental, like the scent of Dior lipsticks and Guerlain Terracotta. So i'll still wear it for the feels. The balm never appealed to me (especially with sheabutter..) but people kept buying different shades so i thought Dreamy White could be interesting enough to try. They also put it in a holiday set and i found barely any swatches of this. Turns out, it really is just clear (as Lexi Jong reviewed correctly, even if tiktokers made it look like more - yet, maybe more impact on a darker complexion) and the wear-finish/care factor is equal to ordinary labello in my book (some balms feel very great and stand out. i don't think this does, even though i get the packaging hype now). Do you have it?

Thank you for such a thorough review! No, I don’t have these products. I had assumed the Chanel blushes would have a regular powder formula, which I usually don’t enjoy. As for the Chanel balm, I have one in Keep Cool, and I really like the color, although the formula isn’t groundbreaking. That said, I’m starting to think I might be hard to please when it comes to lip balms. For instance, I didn’t like the Ole Henriksen Peptide Lip Treatment-and almost everyone seems to love it!

For some reason, OH one dries out my lips (I didn’t like YSL Candy Glaze and Mac gloss stick for the same reason). To start with, I always apply my skincare products to my lips-it helps a lot. However, if I need additional care throughout the day, I use one of these: the good old Hurraw Moon Balm or Nuxe Rêve de Miel Honey Lip Oil (I didn’t like the Gisou Lip Oil). Both work really well on my lips! I also like a japanese lip balm Menturm from Omi Brotherhood. It contains menthol, but it has never irritated my lips. It’s a really nice formula and perfect for those who don’t like their lips to look shiny.

@@hudaheidi775 o sorry, i have no idea - but the menthol isn't perfect for sensitive skin (it wasn't for me) therefor most likely irritating on any type of acne prone skin. The Lisa Eldridge tint is wonderful, contains some salicylic acid even while sensitive skin friendly (no fragrance etc).. highly recommend!

@@fav4bright i don't own it but PML seems more wine coloured. This stays rather transparent and more purpleish-brown. The look is more dead than Diva. Dior lipsticks are honestly not it. I wanted the golden tube (what for, i wonder) and talked myself into trying their Satin finish.

I do less opaque lipsticks, like the clinique black cherry, is it at least somewhat moisturizing?

@@fav4bright so do i, but it might not be a great shade for that.. idk, don't love it - but the sheabutter keeps me from using it (comedogenic, gives me tiny black heads) i can do another short without lip liner tomorrow, if that helps. And i'd have to wear it some time then to really give a reliable answer..

I must admit, it was a rollercoaster. I immediately loved the golden packaging. In person i don't even think it looks as elegant as the regular one bc it isn't metal. I also thought the quint was just alright when i first used it.. now i feel it offers a variety of special looks that i really enjoy. Beautiful quality of the shades themselves. The pink-red combo is the unique thing in here. I can see myself really liking this for Spring. The rest is great and solid, yet nothing new to my collection. A very beautiful item. Must have, i wouldn't say. I try to be very straight with my review, so people can relax without fomo.

You are definitely not an enabler of consumerism, and I applaud you for that! This season has been quite fast-paced when it comes to makeup. I did really well from August to October, but in November, I went a bit overboard 🙈. I hope that after November, I can ease into a low-buy approach.

😊but yes, i 100% agree. Exquisite color story (and quality) is the best way to describe this. And you're right, they really gave it all. I'm just struggling with 50€ for one lipstick. That is so steep compared to their performance and the hype is insane for what they are. Fact is, they don't look that great for special occasions and that defeats the whole purpose of a sparkle lipstick..

Yes, those prices are ridiculous. I always try to buy makeup when there are good deals, but even then, it doesn’t make them more wallet-friendly. I really need to be more mindful and considerate with my beauty purchases. I’m very weak when it comes to limited editions, though. I hate that most things are LE these days.

@@divisioneparzero i missed you 😊 since i only apply a thin layer to keep it from turning grey i find it works ok. At the same time that application loses a lot of sparkle. It also quickly developed a whitish rim, that's not cute. I know there is a similar shade in the Sephora collection (bc i'm really into that ultra neutral nude lip rn) - dabbing on sparkle will work the same or even better. I will demo a dark Sephora shade with that method soon ;)

At least the Glow Primer does what it says without making things worse.. but none of them are even close to deliver what is actually promised. If it was Maybelline, on a budget, i'd use it up but wouldn't repurchase. Foundations i love i can wear with whatever i want underneath.

It was the Notino brand but i'm afraid discontinued.. they produced quite nice sets in general and are worth checking out
