Proud mode, and difficulty only effects your health and mp, nothing else sadly. Wish they had done more woth Critical mode this time around.

Id have to double check this online later. Even so, its just fastest vlear, which means any difficulty sonce its purely just time related

Well you probably found out or don’t care any more but this is how. There’s an ability you can get that lets you cast magic without stopping to do a finisher, and another one that makes successive spell casts 1 MP cheaper each time. And for damage they were probably also using the ability that makes magic do more damage the farther into a combo it is. So he started a melee combo, got to the end of it, then started casting magic over and over for massive damage and practically no MP cost.

Yeah, but I didnt feel like spending the time to figure out what moves were unblockable, was easier to just cheese it. Felt like Saix flopping around wasn't blockable very often.

@@gillithios4181 Keyblade Graveyard Saïx’s attacks are all blockable except for the delayed Claymore Slam. It’s only the data battle where most of his attacks are unblockable.

I was just playing around with all the different keyblades. Think I havent beat him with only one keyblade. Maybe two? Ik I haven't won with Mirage Staff yet. I hate that form...

@@pyrodoxgx8 Its good for plenty of other fights. But not Dark Inferno, since it cant really stun him. Or block I think. And I dont use items so I cant use eithers to keep stunning with magic.

@pyrodoxgx8 I did it a lil for challenge. But it really isnt too hard for the most part. Especially once you have beat Dark Inferno probably 500+ times.

It is built in, Ive had enemies do it before. Ive done it myself too. You can actually crouch dodge arrows.

I think its less likely to work for enemies since they are programmed to occasionally do it, but typically aren't always great at it. You can also counter it by just aiming low since they cant jump. A player can jump over arrows. Crouch for high arrows, jump for low arrows. BUT if its waist height, you have to side step. Typically, I jump sideways since I feel it moves a lil faster.

I usually do, but since they were all hiding behind stuff, I just waited a sec so someone would move where I wanted them.

Yeah, it's pretty fun. Working on finishing all the achievements.

Yeah, it also makes it so when you start the next level it adjusts the difficulty, and if your power is in a higher difficulty you get higher drops, even if you pick the same difficulty you were playing. Equipping your highest gear before starting a level, and at the end of the level, is a good way to get better stuff. Also the quickest way to boost through difficulties. For example, say on +3 the recommended power is 30, and +2 has a recommended power of 20. If you have 20 and play +2 you get power 23-33 loot. If you have 30 power and play +2 you might get power 27-36 loot. It fluctuates when you get into higher difficulties too. As for the actual difficulty part, playing +2 at 20 would be normal, playing it with 30 would make it 0.8× and then you can swap to your normal gear in the level, and swap back before you exit the level. If you're in the village and changing your gear, it wont adjust when you equip higher stuff, just main menu and load back in to get it to adjust.

I tried to. Had to chase him down just for him to throw the Jagra at me. Killing it, eating it then peacefully leaving.

It was my mimic with the upgraded version of the item from Morgot. Actually does tons of poise damage. And had high af damage when I was putting points in faith.

Level your Vigor. Try new armors. I think he does Holy or Lightning damage? Try adding some resistance for those. You might be under leveled. Try keeping some distance to practice learning his moves. I dont remember if he does the wing strike but its to side roll it a moment or two before it hits you. And for his stomp you should be able to jump and avoid it if I remember correctly. Havent played in months.
