I had a clog, it was also in the air gap by the sink, I had failed to clean it out regularly. I have a 12” long skinny wire brush that goes straight down into the tube of the air gap. I pulled out what looked to be a smushed up waterlogged paper label…after that -no issues!

So I’m not the only person to think that was a dead mouse? I’d freak out too.
