A lot of our streets are dark and I think that most if not all our crosswalks need flashing lights. Especially on busy streets like Redford. Makes it easier for all who use the roads.🙂

I very much appreciate you talking specific actions that your party will take and specific plans for health care and access to the Alberni Valley. Can you address the rest of your riding? Parksville, Arrowsmith, etc? I think health care has to be number one, but affordable living is right up there. Covid made everything so expensive. We need the government to address housing availability to drive down insane pricing, to address public transit systems that span the entire island, not just local bus routes. The pressure on our highways is terrible. We need the government to find a way to get grocery prices down, or to increase incomes to compensate. Yes, health care and affordable living, BIG issues.

What changes are you proposing? It is true that we need changes, but do you or the rest of the Conservative party have a clear plan of how to make positive change happen? Seriously, it would be nice if just one Candidate said WHAT they were going to propose. The rest is just noise if I'm honest.

It was a great toy run, in spite of the less than ideal weather.

I sure hope it happens I would love to be able to get on a train in Duncan and ride the rail north or south I know I would enjoy. I did work on the railway for Sperry Rail and got to travel across Canada and up into the North West Territories I loved every minute of it and got to see lots of Canada that I wouldn't have had it not for been Sperry Railway I hope the railway gets going again on Vancouver Island for sure. I know it is extremely expensive to keep the track in good operating conditions and there has to be a crew to keep it that way and tracks have to be inspected frequently to look for major flaws such as cracks in the railway or broken rail so that there will not be a derailment that might happen.
