【Jig】 A guide for inserting insert nuts vertically. Available in three sizes: 8mm, 6mm, and 5mm.
Using leftover wood, I made a guide (jig, template) for inserting insert nuts straight. This time, I made a video of the process of making the guide.
I made three types of jigs, one for hole diameters of 8mm, one for 6mm, and one for 5mm.
A long hexagonal nut called a high nut was embedded into each piece of wood, and aluminum plates were sandwiched above and below it.
I attached handles to the 8mm and 6mm guides so that they can be held in a stable state. In addition, we have provided a position to hold the clamp, so it can be fixed with a clamp.
There's no need to spend time and effort guiding the insert nut, but I wanted to do it, so I did it.

@@gagakulo Thank you for your comment. After installing the aluminum frame on the wood, cut the board with a trimmer. Therefore, the guide is dedicated to the bit used at that time. The dimensions to be cut vary depending on the distance from the outside of the straight bit to the edge of the trimmer base.
I enjoyed watching your video, which shows a step-by-step building of the jig. This jig is made to accommodate a particular size of router base/subbase and a particular size of router bit.

Zero clearance plates are really not needed if you make your cuts properly and have a good blade.

純正の刃口板には大きく2つの問題があります、一つはマキタ製などあらかじめスリットが開いているタイプでその幅が広すぎる問題です 但しハイコーキ製は自分で切込みを入れるので刃幅と同じスリットになる為問題にはなりません、もう一つの問題は、本動画のように刃口板が周囲より少し低い場合です これは ua-cam.com/video/j8VmpbHgvag/v-deo.html 刃口板を受けている複数の凸部に０．５ｍｍから１ｍｍ程度のスペーサーを張り付ければ問題解決です 下駄をはかせてかさ上げするだけなので厚紙でも塩ビ板でもなんでも良いと思います、せっかくの動画に水を差すようで申し訳ありませんが、刃口板を一から作るより簡単で安価です

当方弁護士をやっている者です。趣味で10年以上DIYを楽しんでおります。私は数年前、SK11の300ｗのボール盤を購入しました。動画の投稿者様と全く同じように私のボール盤も支柱とワークテーブルの前後が垂直になっていませんでした。メーカーに問い合わせたところ、修理センターに商品を発送してほしいと言われましたが、重量物を発送する手間が面倒になり断念しました。そのときは高額な製品ではないので仕方がないと思いました。ただ、その一方で法的な観点からすると、商品として世の中に流通させている以上は精度の悪いものを販売するのはいかがなものかなという思いはあります。メーカーの上げ足を取るつもりはありませんが、説明書に「DIYモデルです」とは記載されていません。DIYモデルなのだから多少のガタツキや精度の悪さは我慢してくださいとも記載されていません。 数年前に経験したことを思い出したのでコメントさせていただきました。 現在私自身は別のボール盤を購入して使用しております。 長文失礼しました。私のコメントがこの動画の投稿者様にとって不適切な思いをさせてしまうことがあるなら遠慮なくおっしゃってください。その際は削除させていただきます。

金属加工を趣味でやってます。 精度ですがある程度は仕方ないのではないかと思います。 メーカーはDIY用の商品として販売しているとはおもいますし、産業用のボール盤と比べると数分の1の価格なんですから
