That’s so kind of you ❤️ generally speaking lean organic grass fed steak, fruit and salads/veggies and eggs and real butter 🧈 is how to lose weight while maintaining health ❤️ and basically avoid processed foods and junk carbs and most importantly do not drink your calories! I only drink a cup of coffee in the morning w butter (and a little sugar bc I can’t take it without sugar lol) and water the rest of the day; basically I’ve cut out all bread, carbs that aren’t fruit or veggies, and stoped eating my fav dinner: chicken fried chicken w Mac N cheese with extra rolls 😅 tbh I’m not trying to lose weight but bc my gallbladder is acting up and won’t let me eat junk foods right now/lately I’ve been forced back to the food basics and anything else makes me violently vomit until I heal my gallbladder, which I’m now working on getting rid of my gallstones 🥺🙈☺️

I totally understand ☺️ honestly I can finish a box of cookies with milk like it’s nothing but that was before my gallbladder started hurting everyday for anything I eat so that has forced me to not snack on anything bc the pain is truly excruciating and lasts for 6 hours each time I eat; so I only eat my steak and sides and then I have to wait to eat again the next day 🙈 it’s brutal

For crunchy snacks try 🍎 apples or 🥕 carrots or even celery or broccoli 🥦 it takes a couple weeks of cravings going away but after that you start to look forward to the veggie snacks ☺️

there have been some that I have been happy to see but not this one lol
