Let me guess... This was modded by Dynamic Elevator. Weird modernization.

Well, thankfully it has the new Innovation Bruiser Halo PB-72 buttons.

I don't know how many times I've seen those buttons, but I could tell they literally sound very cheap.

What a shame that they modded this thing. I wish it was still original.

Strange how the nearly exact same elevator is next door yet one is the Miami version while the other is the Dover.

Hopefully I can film this before the end of this year, if not, sometime in 2025!

Good video! I didn't know that the elevators are getting modernized until watching this video. It's too bad that they just got modernized. At least the call panel on the fourth floor was kept original. However, they are planning to replace the call buttons on all of those floors soon. Unfortunately, that useless mirror was still kept and not removed!

Dude, you hit those buttons like you’re nervous and anxious. At first I thought maybe you’re familiar with the elevator and know the buttons don’t work well and need to be hit several times and really hard but when you opened the little metal door with the same rough handling I knew it was you and not the elevator. Take it easy. The elevator is old enough as it is. My sister worked at the Sears soon after it opened when that mall first opened in 1983. They transferred her from the Sears in the Northside Shopping Center which soon closed

Sucks to see more Dover’s getting modded. It seems to be that Florida might be one of the states that TKE’s website was talking about these not meeting current codes. My home state still has a bunch of Dover impulses and traditionals. Plus those Mowerys seem to be going away too

I wish they didn’t have to mod these. But unfortunately the DMC-1 controllers these had are obsolete so they need to mod them if the controllers die.
