@manuelsantana819 this particular one is over a million. its in a gated community with 2 acres and has a lot of extras. There are a lot of nice modern farmhouses in the 600-700 range.

@@manuelsantana819 We have helped a lot of people relocate here from CA and have made some great new friends that really like it here. There are some nice farmhouses in the $500-900K range. If you are looking for some land, like 1-2 acres, these are typically 15-25 minutes from Fort Worth. The builder on this video is one of our favorites. Let us know if we can help.

I couldn’t stand listening to her. I don’t understand why she’s pointing out obvious things like we would never guess that hole in the counter top is a sink 🤦🏼‍♀️😂. She just likes to hear her own voice. The walkthrough was much better after I hit the mute button.
