A Quién Iremos, Señor? - Msgr Joseph Espaillat | Corpus Christi 2023
A Quién Iremos, Señor? Queríamos hacer algo diferente para la celebración de Corpus Christi este año. Dirigido por el Obispo Joseph Espaillat, más de 4 mil personas, sacerdotes, religiosos y laicos, se reúnen en las calles del Bronx para testificar de la presencia real de Jesucristo vivo en la Eucaristía.
"Jesús les dijo: «En verdad les digo, que si no comen la carne del Hijo del Hombre y beben Su sangre, no tienen vida en ustedes. El que come Mi carne y bebe Mi sangre, tiene vida eterna, y Yo lo resucitaré en el día final. Porque Mi carne es verdadera comida, y Mi sangre es verdadera bebida. El que come mi carne y bebe mi sangre, permanece en mí, y yo en él." - Juan 6:53-56

    God bless Roy and Deo Gratis that he has come home. But as a former Jew, he should not be scared to say why out of all the other religions of this world he hoped and prayed (at the time) for it not to be Jesus Christ. Tell them all about the Satanic filth that is the Talmud and the false self-worshipping, antichrist teachings of the Rabbis and the occult magical practices of the Zohar-Kabballah.

    @warrengore6667, I read your comment from 3 months ago. Please forgive him for saying it the way he did. Please know, I believe that he would be thrilled to know how you feel about Mary. Please understand that many many many Protestants say unbelievable downright ugly things about Mary. Overall here in the US states, Mary has been kicked to the curb. Most people here see her as “ like anybody else”. I know bc I was a Protestant/ evangelical for close to 20yrs. He has experienced it here, like I have. She is hardly EVER mentioned and that’s only pretty much at Christmas. But, she is an ordinary person and NO honor is given to her. Zero. She is even seen like, if she had said No to the Angel Gabriel, God would have just selected a different woman until one said yes! This is so wrong. There is a lot of fear in these other denominations about her. They literally believe if you have strong and loving feelings towards her- you are being misle d. They don’t even recognize her as “the Mother of God” no other prot/evangelical denomination believes that she is the Theotokos! And that’s why they are not Catholic. Only sprinkled throughout are there some people like you. ❤. Now, the Anglicans I think, believe she is Theotokos. ( I needed to correct myself. ) And He has experienced hearing such things, so please know, he was talking about the majority of the non Catholics. You have been blessed greatly to have the knowledge to see her as you do.❤🙏🏻 Bc you are not the norm. Blessings to you always in this Life and May you be strengthened in your walk in Christ. I will enter the Catholic Faith at Easter time 2024. ❤🙏🏻(and I was very anti Catholic !) I have studied almost 7 years. The Lord led me to the Catholic faith through the Eucharist! Studying their early church fathers, I begin to know, that John chapter 6, Is truly what Jesus said it was! it is his true flesh and true drink! And only then, did the door open, for me, to the beauty of Mary and her role in this world. She was chosen for this before the foundations of the world- she would carry God Himself! Only then, could I see the foreshadowing of her with the ark of the covenant, that is portrayed in scripture. She too, would House the bread of life (manna), The Priesthood (our Priest and King -Aaron’s rod), and The Law (fullfilled -the 10 commandments)! What a Calling!! And, an eternal one! In the Davidic kingdom, the Jewish kings often had more than one wife, so the mother became the queen! She is no different! She is fully human with an eternal divine position! I’m so glad you sense and know how special she is!! Thanks be to God! Blessings on your journey!❤🙏🏻

    It's not emotional experience that matters, it's what the Word of God says first and foremost. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. Mary said Like 1v46. My soul magnified the Lord and my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour. Mary was human and of need of a Saviour.

    • @richardrobertson1886
      @richardrobertson1886 5 місяців тому

      Yes. Even the Catholic Church agrees with that position. The Church does not teach that she was not without need of a savior. It teaches that she is as preserved from sin by the special grace of God through the merits of her eventual son, lord, and savior Jesus. This is supported by the original Greek of the gospel of Luke which uses a tense of “full of grace” which is past tense implying she was full of grace for her entire life up to that point. I hope that you will look into our actual beliefs and why we hold them versus caricatures presented by others.

    Kindly, I was watching your story, and I did my best to take it all in. I did not doubt you, and I listened intently…. I am not a Catholic, but I am a Christian. I ALSO deeply respect BOTH the JEWISH and CATHOLIC religions. NEVER would I MOCK nor DISRESPECT the way in which God has chosen to speak to a HIS Children. To imply that Protestants have chosen to ignore the truth greatly hurt me, sir. I am not a great person. I am a sinner, as we all are. MARY is, to me, an UNBELIEVABLY WONDERFUL HOLY person whom I could NEVER come CLOSE to understanding. I don’t have to be a Catholic to feel how BLESSED she was (and IS)! I believe that she WAS, and IS, as close to PERFECTION as a human can get. I would be humbled in HER presence. I am traveling to her house in Turkey on November 23, 2023, NOT because I am a Catholic, but because I ADORE the VERY THOUGHT of HER. I am going in the midst of a war, and I am taking my 86 year old mother. While I am not sure why you say we have chosen to “ignore or deny the TRUTH as Protestants , MY GOD, MY JESUS, MY MARY, MY HOLY SPIRIT, and MY SALVATION, I believe, do not lie in the hands of anyone other than THE FATHER in HEAVEN who speaks, not in YOU TUBE videos, but, rather in the whispers that both comfort me and perplex me. While I LOVE and ACCEPT the way HE speaks to you, I KINDLY hope you will respect the way in which HE speaks to others. Shalom.❤

    *Who do you say that I am* The true identity of Jesus Christ is that he was Jacob whom God renamed Israel, after his death he became a Celestial child and spent a thousand years in Paradise after which he was resurrected and Ascended to a higher reality of God, it was here that God the Son outlined the vision of His suffering and death in the new incarnation with Jacob-Israel as illustrated throughout the testimony of Isaiah, notably Isaiah chapters 46-55. Especially 49:3 *You are my servant Israel in whom I shall be Glorified* The name of his new incarnation was to be Jesus. God the Son is the direct Father of all who become celestial children and Simeon described the way the soul becomes impregnated by him in regard to the Virgin Mary (and a sword will pierce your own soul) this happens sometimes at judgement when a person who is alive at the time of his judgement as he can see the celestial child leave his deceased body after his death. This has happened to Mary and it has happened to me. I was reading Wisdom literature and the word Truth came off of the page and transformed into a Glittering great two edged sword, which spoke to me throughout my judgement. Since we must understand that Jesus came into the world already as a Son of Man, that is he had already Ascended into heaven as Jacob -Israel He was a celestial and supernatural angel in doing so when he returned as Jesus. John the Baptist was also a person who was already a supernatural and celestial entity when he returned as Jesus Christ's herald, Jesus knew that John the Baptist was formerly Elijah and John the Baptist knew that Jesus was Israel and he identified him and his role as Lamb of God and as Israel redivivus when he spoke of his unworthiness to "untie the latchet of his sandals". Throughout the ministry of Jesus, God the Son and Jesus Christ were one, many statements were made by God the Son through Jesus, the I Am statements and the role that God the Son would play in Judgement, all judgement would be given to the Son and also the fact that everyone must face the Son (as the Word of God) before they could come to the Father and in seeing the Father they see him in Jesus Christ. Hence the true saying of St Thomas "My Lord and My God". Judgement is a very traumatic experience as you cannot pray and you do not have a friendly face to appeal to. It is right that Jesus Christ does not judge and when you see him in the Beatific Vision you see him as a very affable man.

    *Jesus Christ's understanding of Resurrection* Resurrection is a very big subject but applies chiefly to the resurrection on the 3rd day, when the children of God will be enveloped in a new and glorified body, (a body which will resemble the body of the one they had in the prime of their lives during the 1st day which is today), these resurrections into a glorified body can be witnessed by the children of God, as they are angelic witnesses and Christ's in their own right from the 2nd day. The reign of these Christ's is up to a thousand years, they also witness the children of men as well as angels as they transition in the 1st day to the 2nd days. We also have an explanation of resurrection and its counterpart which is reincarnation, from Our Lord when He discussed with Nicodemus the fact that there were two dichotomies regarding salvation, the physical return of a person unfit for the 'Kingdom of God' and the spiritual exit of a person who is fit for it. Our lord consolidates this teaching when He spoke to the 'Rich young Ruler' stating his salvation was assured because of his following the law of Moses but this salvation was secondary as it involved merely reincarnation. So one is locked into the 1st day, (Hodie ), and the other released from matter into the 'Kingdom of God' as an angelic child, to begin the 2nd day. The fact that this realm has existed to our knowledge for thousands of years suggests that no one is lost and are in familial groups. Further we can set as a biblical fact that the first millennial people who followed Our Lord are arisen bodily in their 3rd day, and that the Old Testament people who followed the Law of Moses are as well, as recorded in Exodus 20:6. The teaching of Our Lord is not about reincarnation but how to overcome reincarnation yet he does not deny reincarnation. Consider the teaching of the 'sermon on the mount' when He said "The meek shall inherit the earth" this is a clear reference to returning to another body ( earth or matter) after one life has been spent, and contrasts with the terms required for one to "enter into the Kingdom of God" who has the burden of his own cross. Therefore the meek can inherit only material life, (because of their disposition) but they may not enter the kingdom of God, because it requires great and determined faith. We must also consider St John the Baptist and his role as Elijah redivivus, and in so doing call to mind the words used by Jesus to the Jews of is day, "where I am going you cannot come" because those Jews would only achieve reincarnation but Jesus Christ is Lord of the resurrection so His own resurrection on the 3rd day was witnessed on the 1st day and is still being witnessed on this Ist day. Yet we must keep in mind the instant generosity by which the Good Thief was accepted into Paradise. John 8:21 Again he said to them, "I go away, and you will seek me and die in your sin; where I am going, you cannot come." Hebrews 6:6-8 Since therefore it remains for some to enter it, and those who formerly received the good news failed to enter because of disobedience, again he sets a certain day, "Today," saying through David so long afterward, in the words already quoted, "Today, when you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts." 8 For if Joshua had given them rest, God would not speak later of another day.

    Catholicism is, in no way, the "continuation of Judaism."... God the Father Himself could appear to you and tell you thats it is, but it would still remain a lie. As a full-blooded Jew and convert to Christianity myself, even I can say that Christianity is NOT the "fulfillment" of the Hebrew faith. Saying such a thing only proves a person has a severe lack of education and insight in both the Hebrew and Christian faiths and histories. As much as you may love this man's EXPERIENCE, his thinking is wrong. I know many of you Catholocs feel validated by testimonies such as this one, but please don't trade the insecure need foe religious validation for truth.

      I agree with you. What this man is saying in regard to *Revelation* is just *Private Revelation* which is not the same as a direct theophany of *When the Spirit of Truth comes he will lead you into all Truth* which is a totally different thing because anyone who receives the Spirit of Truth (The Divine Word) contradicts *The Deposit of Faith* of the Council of Trent which says that *No further revelation is necessary as we have Jesus Christ* anyone who receives such a gift is considered a non Catholic, and *Let him be Anathema* Yet the man who meets the Word of the Lord is not deprived of salvation it's just that he can see through what the Church wants forgotten. Neither is what he is saying biblical you must comply with Luke 20:34-38

    • @InterestedInDansk
      @InterestedInDansk 7 місяців тому

      Pope John Paul II wrote to the Church that if anyone had an allocution or vision of Mary that person would be guaranteed salvation, this caused 15000 claims of weeping and bleeding statues and *Visions* very few were given any credibility by the Church, instead the Marian Church asserted all of them to be true and that Mary was coming into the world, this is absolutely untrue and *Mythomania*. Apart from this and apart from *Money* there is no biblical truth that can confirm this the only truth that has been confirmed is that *WHEN THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH COMES HE WILL LEAD YOU INTO ALL TRUTH* this event will happen to everyone some will recieve in life and some will recieve after they die (Luke 20:34-38 complying) Tradition cannot trump biblical truth if it does it must be a confirmed error. The Glories of Mary which is Afonso Liguoris so called *Masterpiece* is a complete work of false tradition which serves to endorse Canon Law. For example; in the *Purification of Mary* the writer states that Mary unlike the other mothers offered up Jesus to *death* this is relevant to Canon Law in that the Church presided over many countries and when they go to war many Catholic people are killed, the Church is the temporal head of all these people and cannot sacrifice one culture for another (Example; Spanish Civil War where they supported Gen Franco's attacking the relatively peaceful Basque people) Jesus Christ would not have accepted his mother offering him up to death, and his response would have been *My life is my own no-one can take it from me, i have the authority to lay it down and the power to raise it up* clearly this would have been a great sin for Mary the mother of God to have done, it puts her in the same place as King David when he conspired the murder of Bathsheba's husband Uriah. This Mariaotatry is an anything goes *CULT* and as such needs to be identified as a *Molochite Bitch* What Pope John Paul II should have said is that if a person has a Vision allocution or a healing (which is a sign that your sins are forgiven) that person should be aware that the incarnation they are living in is the final earthly life and rebirth is not possible from this point on. This is the *end of the world* for that soul, which on death of the body will leave that body as a celestial child, then be judged, Paradise awaits not Purgatory, this is your Revelation with the Word of the Lord. DISCOURSE VI. *ON THE PURIFICATION OF MARY* _The great sacrifice which Mary this day made to God in offering him the life of her Son. There were two precepts of the ancient law concerning the birth of first-born sons. One was, that the mother should remain as an un clean person, retired in her house, for forty days; after which she should go to purify her self in the temple. The other was, that the parents of the first-born should take him to the temple, and there offer him to God. On this day the most holy Virgin desired to obey both.precepts. Although Mary was not bound by the law of purification, since she was always a virgin, and always pure; yet, by her love of humility and odedience, she wished to go, like other mothers, to be purified. At the same time she obeyed the second precept, to present and offer her Son to the eternal Father; And after the days of her purification, according to the law of Moses, were accomplished, they carried him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord. *But the Virgin offered him in a different manner from that in which other mothers offered their sons. Others offered them, but they knew that this was a simple ceremony of the law, through which, by redeeming them, they made them their own, without the fear that they should be obliged to offer them again, and to death. Mary really offered her Son to death, knowing certainly that the sacrifice of the life of Jesus which she then made, should one day be actually consummated upon the altar* of the cross; so that Mary, by offering the life of her Son through the love she bore this Son really sacrificed herself entirely to God . Laying aside, then, all the other considerations which we might make upon the various mysteries of this festival, let us only consider how great was this sacrifice that Mary made of herself to God, by offering to him, on this day, the life of her Son. And this will be the only subject of the following discourse_

      I’m just a humble sinner, but I urge you to pray to our Blessed Mother, she is the mirror of justice of God. Pray for her interception that she takes your hand and leads you to her Son our Lord Jesus Christ. Even if you can’t have access to Scriptures or the Holy Rosary, and that causes you sorrow give that sorrow to our Lady. She is also our Lady of Sorrows and she will always comfort her children. She knows your heart and if you truly wish to give yourself to God and his Son Jesus Christ she’ll do everything in her power to help you. Even if someone removes your Bible and Rosary, they can’t remove your devotion from your heart. “O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.” You also have online Bibles and the Holy Rosary online. Keep loving God with all your heart and may the blessings of Our Lady and all the Saints be with you.

    This is undoubtedly my favorite testimony I’ve ever heard! I recently experienced “the dark night of the soul” and abandoned the Catholic faith after having converted to Catholicism in 2008. My husband’s roots were Catholic and his grandfather had converted to Lutheran when he married my husband’s grandmother. My husband was raised Baptist and when he did his genealogy he discovered his Sicilian roots were Catholic. My husband now is the Director of Security protecting the Jews and still a Baptist in his heart. I pray fervently he will come back to his Catholic roots, and due to my frustration at his not becoming Catholic after years of praying, I abandoned the Faith and stopped Praying the Rosary, going to Mass and fell into deep despair. After having 2 annulments prior to becoming Catholic in 2008, my husband agreed to marry me in the Catholic Church after our Priest said he could marry me in the Church of his forefathers. And I wait…and I wait. And then I hear this - I think of the amazing calling my husband has of protecting God’s Chosen people and how God called me back to Catholicism…and I can never be anywhere else on this side of HEAVEN. It is the only real consolation I have and listening to this amazing testimony has given me HOPE that my husband will indeed come HOME. 🙏🔥
